Return Eligibilities

For Indivisual Customized Products
Due to the nature of DIY products, we do not accept returns for our customized products unless there is a quality issue. If you receive a product with a defect or quality problem, please contact our customer service within 30 days from the day of delivery.

Indivisual Phone Case and Semi-Permanent Tattoo
We will gladly assist you within 30 days from the day of delivery by offering an Indivisual gift card or in some cases a refund. We do not accept returns for orders received 90 days ago.

Cancel Order
Your purchase can be cancelled with full refund before it is shipped.
For purchase of customized products, customers can cancel orders before your purchase is manufactured. This means that if the customized order has already been processed and made, we will not be able to cancel or change it. You can send an email to our customer service team to check the status of your order.

Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 48 hours. If your payment is through credit card, it might take 3 business days for the bank to process that refund to you.
