A: Your purchase can be cancelled with full refund before it is shipped. For purchase of customized products, customers can cancel orders before your purchase is manufactured. This means that if the customized order has already been processed and made, we will not be able to cancel or change it. 4. What's the return/refund policy?
A: Indivisual do not accept return and exchange for our products. Due to international shipping, return will not be the best solution for you and us, considering the high shipping fee and compliated process it will takes. We will make refunds for orders with quality issues. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 48 hours.
